There are few things more frustrating in the medical industry that the continuing array of excuses the insurance carriers come up with for their invalid denials. These invalid denials can and do starve much needed cash from medical providers at a time when margins are all ready stretched to the limit.
DSO's can sky rocket in a matter of weeks due to one carriers new computer system, or that carriers lack of training of their staff. These insurance carriers are lacking the sense of urgency for proper funding of your claim.
